1、 Service preparation


(1) The technology department is responsible for preparing the necessary technical data for product production according to the requirements of the sales contract or the requirements of customers. If necessary, it should also carry out quality planning and prepare quality plans.


(2) The sales department is responsible for publicizing and introducing the product performance, use method and use occasion to users. Be responsible for collecting the feedback information and requirements of users using products, and timely transmit the information to relevant departments.


(3) The production department is responsible for organizing production and delivering products according to the requirements of the contract, and the sales department is responsible for delivering products to the place designated by the user safely, accurately and completely.


2、 After sales service


(1) According to the contract, establish user files, timely handle the information fed back by users, and fulfill the commitments to users.


(2) Visit users from time to time to widely solicit users' opinions on the product quality and services of the company. General users can solicit and inquire by letter or telephone, and make records.


(3) Implement the 24-hour emergency response system and regular patrol visits, and provide technical training, supervision and professional technology.


(4) In case of quality problems, the company sends technicians to the product use site to deal with quality accidents and make investigation records. Depending on the product situation, supplement, refund or exchange, and conduct management review if necessary.


3、 Commitment


(1) Strictly implement the supply contract and produce according to the specified requirements.


(2) The company will deliver the goods to your construction site within 24 hours after receiving your fax or phone call.


(3) You operate in strict accordance with the requirements in the product operation manual issued by our company. Our company guarantees that except for man-made damage and irresistible natural disaster damage, our company is responsible for the quality guarantee for 50 years. Within 50 years of use, if there is damage, our company is responsible for replacing it for you free.


(4) We shall be responsible for the project delay or other losses caused by our quality problems. (5) Customers' complaints should be answered within 2-3 hours and resolved within 24 hours.


(6) The company is responsible for product quality to the end.
